Well, Laguna does have a crybaby shiny Wooper who can use Rain Dance and gets startled into attacking sometimes... oh god this is perfect. The worst convention ever. :p

He treats all his babies like the prettiest monsters ever! But really, he's gonna get a few troublemakers in this batch, so he'll dote love on this Cleffa since it won't be a troublemaker! :D
