Once again, Archer has decided to breed all the things! Literally. There are nineteen twenty-six Pokémon here. At this rate, he'll start his own Breeding Center. For Rockets!!

Wait, what? That's right, Archer is giving anyone in Team Rocket a deal! You just have to respond back on the Rocket frequency and bam! You get any one of these beauties! (If you want more, you have to buy them. Sorry.) The post on the Rocket frequency will go out first, then the one to the general public so he can try to make some money off these things. (Both will be in the same post!) Rockets get first priority. Sorry guys!

What's he getting out of this? Naturally Archer wouldn't do something like this out of the goodness of his heart (hah!) - he's just trying to make a good impression. That's right, you're going to remember him! (And go to him if you want a specific Pokémon rather than going through the Breeding Center - he refuses to let you have a monopoly on this industry!!!)
